Dominique Moore is the Founder & Executive Director of Life Reign and a Washington, DC Public Schools special education teacher of more than 10 years. She started Life Reign to bring that same care to the neighborhood: weekly safe spaces, community organizing, and advocacy for families across Wards 4, 7, and 8.
